Job Title: Software Engineer – Full Stack (ReactJS, NodeJS, TypeScript)

Location: Remote (US-based), with the possibility of regional relocation

Job Type: Full-time, W2 only. No C2C.

Job Description:

We are actively seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our team, working on cutting-edge projects for a top client in Moline, IL. As a Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing, coding, configuring, and testing programs and systems for applications, primarily using ReactJS, NodeJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Redux.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, code, and test software applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, TypeScript, and other relevant technologies.
• Evaluate and implement enhancement design solutions to improve software application cost, quality, and performance.
• Analyze assignments and determine software specifications to achieve objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to ensure features meet business needs.
• Follow industry-standard agile software design methodology for development and documentation.
• Mentor junior software engineers and lead engineering practices alongside the engineering manager.

Requirements:

1. Excellence in verbal and written communication with an emphasis on persuasive communication, tact, and negotiation.
2. Ability to manage multiple competing priorities/requests in a fast-paced environment.
3. Experience with Relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL.
4. Hands-on experience designing and developing in ReactJS.
5. Hands-on experience designing and developing in JavaScript (TypeScript) and Node.JS.
6. Hands-on experience implementing, testing, and supporting Restful APIs.
7. Test Driven Development, test automation, CI/CD – AWS.
8. Product design, test, and/or analysis experience.
9. Experience in Agile Development.
