Role Overview:

Interns will work closely with our HR team, assisting in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

– Assist in the recruitment process, from posting job ads to organizing resumes and scheduling interviews.

– Support the onboarding of new hires, including preparation of employee handbooks, orientation materials, and welcome packages.

– Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

– Maintain confidential employee records and assist in managing HR databases.

– Provide administrative support for HR-related inquiries and correspondence.

– Participate in HR projects, such as research on best practices and benchmarking studies.
