- Analytical Skills: ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
- Account Management: experience in managing client accounts and developing relationships
- Business Planning: demonstrated ability to create and execute business plans
- Customer Service: proven track record of providing outstanding customer service and maintaining customer satisfaction levels
- Key Accounts: experience working with key accounts and managing contracts and agreements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the technology industry is a plus
